nicholas@innovationscentre.com Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Oxford Brookes University, is an MAPM, and holds a variety business and technology certifications from George Washington University. Nicholas has over 25 years of information systems and strategic leadership experience in both the public and private sector. He provides project director, senior project management, and business case development expertise to public and private sector organizations. Nicholas has helped develop post-secondary institution strategies, enabled institutions to receive multi-million dollar funding, and managed and directed initiatives that bridged to successful deliveries. He has worked on large, complex, and challenging programs in the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, the U.S.A., and New Zealand. Nicholas volunteers as a director on the board of the Greater Victoria Sports Hall of Fame. |

martin@innovationscentre.com Martin is an Engineering graduate of University College Dublin, and an MBA postgraduate of Imperial College London. Martin is a change manager and coach who works with clients to create and implement change management strategies that maximize adoption and usage, and minimize resistance. He has experience across a range of change scenarios in multiple countries, including the Republic of Ireland, the United Kingdom, the U.S.A, and Canada. Martin creates relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, understanding and reconciling diverse needs to business mission and strategy. Skilled in coaching senior leaders and executives as change sponsors, Martin supports all levels of managers and supervisors as they work with direct reports through transitions. In addition to recent engagements, Martin has provided consulting expertise to Deutche Bank, SKY Broadcasting Corporation, Cargill UK Sport, and the Irish Management Institute. In 2000, Martin coached Great Britain's rowing eight to the Sydney Olympic Gold. This was the first time Great Britain had won the men's eight in eighty-eight years. |

Steven has provided consulting expertise to post-secondary educational institutions, the BC Ministry of Education, and other provincial government ministries and crown corporations across Canada. Steven is a master of Business Requirements Elicitation, Documentation, Business Process Modeling Systems Analysis and Design, Database Modelling, and User Acceptance Testing Coordination. He excels at bridging Problem Solving and Decision Making through to positive Communication and Negotiation. |
